Juliet: Latte with honey and lavender syrup. Try it hot or iced!

Chai Latte: Spiced chai with steamed milk. Add a shot of espresso for an extra caffeine kick!

Breakfast items

Breakfast Sandwich: Ham, egg and cheddar on a toasted croissant or bagel.

Yogurt Parfait: Vanilla yogurt with fresh blueberries and strawberries. Topped with grain-free, organic granola and a drizzle of honey. 

lunch items

Wrap or Sandwich: Curry chicken salad~ Chicken, green onions, chopped apple, curry seasoning (mild), spring greens. Choice of croissant or whole wheat wrap.

Soup: Butternut Squash (dairy and gluten free) -or- Chicken Wild Rice
